I am thinking of these tires as well. I hear they perform well, but have a lot of road noise.

Thanks in advance for any feedback on this.

I just got a set last week from Todd 245/35/19 and 285/35/19. I haven't mounted them yet because i'm still waiting on my wheels to get here. I'll post pics and some feedback as soon as I can. All I can say for now is that they were a great price and they look bad a$$ can't wait to get them mounted should be by the end of the month.

These are most likely the tires I am going with for my NISMO wheels - unless the AVSES100 are out yet in the required sizes I would normally go whole hog on the tires, but ill most likely be upgrading to the 19's as soona s NISMO releases them here, so no point breaking the bank for the 18's.

How much performance loss will you have by going with 285 instead of 275 in the rear? This is a taller tire than stock, correct?

275/35-19

Sidewall 3.8 in
Radius 13.3 in
Diameter 26.6 in
Circumference 83.5 in

285/35/19

Sidewall 3.9 in
Radius 13.4 in
Diameter 26.9 in
Circumference 84.4 in

The 285/35 is a little taller, but if there's no performance loss then I'm cool with that.

Yes, the Falken are a little taller at 285/35-19 than at 275/35-19 but they actually come out to be the same height as the stock touring tire.

I personally have had no problems with them and as far as performance goes, I think my setup might be slightly heavier than my original stock setup but I haven't noticed any major loss in performance. I'm satisfied to this point with these tires (I've put about 500 miles on them).

wow havabooz...not much loyalty to the sponsor of this forum. All you had to do is tell me they were less...would have been glad to beat them. Regardless...enjoy the tires

I have had them on my Z for the past 5 months and about 3,000 miles. 245/35/19 in front and 285/35/19 in rear.

So far so good. I don't track my Z but I do drive it aggessively and I have had nothing but great results from these tires.

here are some shots of my Falken GRB FK451's in 285/35/19's in the rear. Lots of room left. 295's would have fit no problem.
