my volks came with new lugs which happened to look like the ones i already had on, only newer. but i did go ahead and buy a set of locking lugs for $12.

So for everyone running the Rays long or extended lugs, are you doing it for "looks" or out of need?

I would prefer the shorter ones....if anything they should be a little lighter as well.

Do the KICS R26s come in any color other than black? Also, these are just regular lug nuts that can be opened with any 17mm socket?

We have the above mention RAYS lug nuts in stock and will beat the price of $145 shipped(short). We also have Project KICS R40 set in stock as well.

So how long is the life of the threads {assuming they are aluminum} when torquing to specs. on the Rays lugs.

Honestly, the rays lugs are so sensative. I've only taken off the wheels once since I've had them and already they have marks on them. They are light as hell though, and they look very Bling.
