Default Anybody put spacers on stock rays wheels?

I tried searching it. Either it's not on here or I'm using the wrong key words to find it.

I was wondering if anyone has put wheel spacers on their stock rays wheels. Thanks for any help.

Derek

I have 20mm H&R on both front & rear with my OE track rays and my car is lowered with JIC coils. I should have went 25mm since there's still space left for the both ends.

I'd like to do this as well. What's the best place/price on H&R 20mm spacers?

Do these have any effect on the behavior of the car while turning? Logically it will change the rotation point of wheel while steering. I am just curious if this could negetively effect the way the car handles...

I have 15mm up front and 25mm on the rears. I have the 19 inch Rays wheels for the G35c.

Feels more planted. No negatives.

spacers will enhance handling. downside is it will put more stress on the bearings...

No more than putting on aftermarket rims with a more agressive offset, right?

correct, but to be more fair in that comparison, the danger involved with spacers is to not go cheap. if you buy some generic brand that is not specifically "HUB CENTRIC"--H&R IS hub centric--then you run a VERY high probability of stressing out and eventually wearing out your wheel bearing; and we all know that is not cheap.

Otherwise, yes, it's not much more different than running wheels with very lower offsets--which is what you should do from day one anyways, instead of getting those spacers.
