My friend wants to get the same rim on his 96 300zx TT.

Those would be Super Advan Racing SA3R

Not sure if they still make them anymore. Advan's in general are pretty hard to get, no one has inventory, pretty much custom order from Japan and wait 2 to 3 months for them to come if someone has those in stock.

i think it is very new wheel
so i think it is not much rare

 

Those are the old Super Advans, they have been discontinued for a long time now. Advan has their new Super Advan II wheel, which is similar, but a lot different (IMO) on the lip, and where the spokes curve in at the edge of the wheel. Those black wheels w/red lip were not widely produced. In the US, you're gonna be pressed to find them. Although I have seen them a few times.
