Best Rims For Sunset Le Mans
Hello All. Was Just Wondering About What Kind Of Rims Should I Get My Car, Color, Size, And How Much I Should Lower It If I Get 19's.. Preciate All Your Input!!!
I would get what you want rather than someone else likes and dislikes...I would shop around and look at as many z's with wheels before you jump on anything. There is so many good looking wheels out there to choose and when you do choose you also have to consider your budget also.....If it is better to wait for what you want then just wait till you have enough for the wheels you REALLY one..
If I had a LeMans Sunset Z, I would get a 3 piece wheel where I could remove the center and have it painted to match the car. I've see a couple Z's like that and it looked great. SBC would also be a nice finish on which ever wheel you choose.

Wheels are all pretty much based on personal taste. As far as sizes are concerned, it all depends on what you want to do with the car. Bigger looks better, but smaller performs better. If you're going for looks, 19s are the most popular size to go with. I plan on going with 18s, since they are the best comprimise b/w looks and performance. Seeing as how you got a Track, you need to watch your offsets so you can clear your Brembos. I'm not the expert on that though since I don't have them. Get with someone that has a Track model with aftermarket wheels and see what they have for the offsets. You can also get in touch with some of the vendors and they should be able to help.
As far as brands are concerned, there's hundreds of wheel manufacturers out there. Generally, you get what you pay for. Volks, Racing Harts, HREs and such are excellent wheels, but come with a hefty price tag. If you find a particular wheel you like, post up a picture of it and someone on the forum will be able to tell you what is is and the quality of the wheel.
Personally, I think the LS Zs can pull off ANY color wheel (except some extreme ones like blue, red, pink etc.).
