Why not run 255/35 front instead, its a better fit to the stock 225/45....I have the 255/285/35 set-up looks, and handles great. More stagger = more understeer

i've ran both 245 w/ 285 and 255 w/ 285.
both worked fine, although i prefer the 255s just because of a little more sidewall.

I am surprised Kat doesnt have VDC issues, but good for her. I run 255/35 19 and 285/35 19. no problems. at all.

Doing this will cut down on your understeer slightly as well. Cosmetically still looks good.

can ya do a 255 on an 8.5? or should i do 9.5 front? i kinda like the fact that the wheels i want have a smaller lip in 8.5, gives the rear 10.5 huge lip more emphasis

9.5 front will be better. I have 255/285 config and no rubbing issue.

yes you can put a 255 on a 8.5 rim.

with the 255/285 combo, you'll have less tire selection. if you went with 245/285 or 245/275 there are more tires brands/models available.

Thats what I am running now on TE37s 8.5 front. Cosmetically it still looks good too. However you could get a 9.5 and still have minimal lip. it just depends on your offsets
