PICS Curbed 2006 Z, need input!
The highway dept. has just finished an off ramp to my in-laws house off I-40 that I have never used before. Tonight I learned that once you leave the interstate and merge onto a 2 lane one way service road, there is a 4 inch tall lane divider that can not be seen from the driver's position. The divider stretches about a mile long, and I was lucky to kiss the last 10 feet of it. I was traveling about 45 and was nearly parallel as I was looking to change lanes. Thus when I smacked it, and corrected, the rear wheel curbed and has about 25% of the damage as this front wheel.
While I would like to say the icy weather had something to do with it, I have to blame the lack of visibility of this curb more so.
Have we decided the best way to repair wheels? I understand this could be a $250+ repair, but I am sure I want to repair these ONE MONTH OLD wheels. I need suggestions here. I saw the link to http://www.mobilewheelrepair.com/ but there are none in AR.

Wheel Technologies has a good reputation for wheel repair and charges a flat rate of $125 per wheel.-

really spinning? never imagined a wheel would do that at 45 mph.
i think he meant that was a huge curbing, and used curb for short.
gl with the repair, its gonna be pricey.
turbax (www.turbax.com) in Florida does a great job. I had some rash repaired on a wheel and it came out perfect.

Well last week I got these fixed at DENT DOCTOR in Little Rock.
They have a mobile repair guy that came to the parking lot and did it in an afternoon for $120 for both wheels.
They look great, he sanded them down, filled the gaps and matched the color. You can't even tell where they were damaged.
