Default Enkei RPM2 and Spacers

I'm thinking about getting the 18x8 35 Off and 18x9 38 Off Enkei RPM2 in Hyperblack. Shipped it will be around $1050 and these wheels are nearly as light as most Volks I believe. The 18x8 are 18.9lb and the 18x9 are 19.4lb. Incredible for cast...

My question is, what type of spacers should I get to push them out to a more flush look. The offset calc I used said the 18x8 35 would be pushed in 5mm from stock and the 18x9 would extend only 5mm past stock. I was thinking a 25mm spacer up front and 20mm spacer in the rear would put them even, as well as closer to flush.

Does this sound correct? I know I always hear of people going with wider spacers in the rear, but I'm thinking this is correct?

Any help?

18x8 +35
and
18x9 +38
And you want it relatively flush.
Hmmm an 18x8 is equivalent in terms of front spacing to a 18x9 +47
and the rear 18x9 is equivalent in terms of back spacing to a 18x10 +50
What would be ideal with a 350z is approximately 18x9 +20 and 18x10 +25
So for spacer sizing 2 25mm spacers front and rear will be great
it would push the wheels out to 18x9 +22 and 18x10 +25..
This is approximately a 18x8 +10 and a 18x9 +13
You can run a 245/275 combo but the wheels will be a little bubbled out.

Your bold confused me. You do mean run 25mm spacer on all wheels correct?

Not "2 25mm" spacers. You can't double up spacers can you?

As far as tires go, until these OEM potenzas (80% tread left) are burned up, I'm running them. Then I will go to larger tires...

How will the 225 and 245s look on these? "Bubbled out" ?

silkk correct.
run 25mm spacers all around
so you will have to buy 2 sets.
i can get you a pretty good deal on these if you'd like.
just pm me for details.

So, I got a steal on G35 RAYS last night for 1500 with tires + shipping (Thanks Inno!!)...

Now, my question is, what size spacers to run on these.

They are only 19x8, 19x8.5... 30 and 33 Offsets I believe? Maybe someone can clarify, but thats what I saw in another post on here.

I'm guessing run at least a 15mm spacer on each wheel. Maybe even 20 rear...

ah you got good taste...
those are nice wheels
but i think on the Z the mesh wheels make the overall more aggressive and track-esque

Yeah I liked the RPM2 a lot, but I was going to end up dropping $1190 on the wheels and $250 on spacers. Aka close to $1500 on wheels WITHOUT tires. Now, I got 19s WITH tires. And the weights are almost identical...

Got any pics of your RPMs? That was a good decision to switch away from the 20s. Hahaha.

oh these wheels are light as hell... and i can even feel the acceleration now...
with the 20s my car bogs...
well weighs almost identical?
1-2 lbs is wheel terms is like 10% increase...
and the RPM2 weighs a sick 19lbs for 18 as casts...
thats some technology man...
cuz i think stock ray's 18 tracks r like 18.5 a piece ...

just make sure that you have enought threads on your studs. i would go no more than a half inch and use shank bulge lug nuts with a quater inch shank and you should be okay but any more and you would have to go with a 1 inch adapter.

The 19" RAYS from Infiniti are 19.xlbs.
The RPM2 are 19.xlbs.

I would say that's "identical"...

That is impressive that the RPM2 is cast though.
