Default I think I messed up

I bought 57F Volk Gram Lights. 18x9.5 with a 22 offset all around. Will I need wheel spacers? Will I also be able to run 255/40/18 all around?

Should've went to www.TireRack.com to get the offset before buying.
Looks like you needed a +30mm offset.

Should I bother with wheel spacers to correct the offset?

I wouldn't suggest it. See if you could return them and get the correct offset.

Well, wheel spacers won't help you, since your problem is that your wheels are sticking too much out with a 9.5 width and a +22mm offset.

You should return them ..unless if you run some low profile tires

Indeed 255/40/18 for a 9.5 width wheel is pretty much low profile; but to be on the safe side, double check with someone who knows better

+1. Spacers will move the wheels towards the fenders. It may seem goofy, but in effect this decreases a positive offset.

There are a hundred posts about the potential negative consequences of running the same tires all around. Please search and read.

There are plenty of people running 9.5 +22 on the front. A 255/40 might rub in the front, but the rear fitment willl have plenty of clearance. You could still run a staggered tire set up even though the wheels aren't, 245/40 and 275/40 is the most common.
