Ok, I have them in 245-40-18front & 245-45-18rear : less understeer

Generaly these tires are much better than my Bridgestone 050+050A (when they were new)

The sidewall is less stiff, noisier, but everything else is improved : dry+wet grip, confort, price...

I don't know how long they will last, but my front 050A were bald after 6000miles and 3 track days, rear 050 were still ok...

I just ordered some Falken FK-452 for my new wheels!
245/35/20 for the front, and 275/35/20 for the rear. I'll get them later this week.

Default Looking at these

A local shop just quoted me $740 complete for these in 245/45/18 and 225/45/18. Seems like a fair price given the other quotes I've gotten for different tires. What did all of you pay?

Now for the noob question....what is this I see about putting other size tires on the stock track wheels? The shop will have to order the tires, so wondering if I have any flexibility with tire size, maybe something that is more readily available.

I've heard people doing 245/40 front and 265/40 rear. Real beefy. Do a search, I think a few folks have compared the two setups, performance wise.

BTW the 452s are to replace the 451s in Falkens product line.
