I believe all mods should make the car better for the driver, who cares what other think. If Rotas are what you want, that works.

For comparison sake, the LMGT4s are 18.1 in 8.5x18 and 18.8lbs in 9.5x18.

Hey bro ... subydude carries em.

Just search either subydude or wheeldude on google and it should pop right up. Suby dude is a huge dealer for ROTA.

Metal Head, this was covered back on page 2

from my Racingharts. These are much more low maintainance and are easily replaceable, in case I damage any (I'd rather buy a 225$ replacement wheel as opposed to a 600$). Not to mention that you get a TON of rubber under your fender with these for a VERY reasonable price. The saved money would work better if applied elsewhere.
And as I said before, if we are talking like a couple of pounds per wheel, then it's pointless, unless you live your life a quater mile at a time. But if the Nismos are like 5lbs or more lighter, then its a whole other story.

Oh and also ... to someone else who asked... They WILL make them in all black if you request em. IIRC there was a thread on here before about that.

Thanks Memed. When you said they started making the p45s, I got pretty excited because I liked Rotas so much from before.
The thing was, I researched them here (trying to find a few pics) and it seemed like everyone was trashing the wheels like they were really bad quality or people seemed to have a label ***** type thing going on (others called it ferrari syndrome). So I just wanted to speak up. Let a few more people know Rota does indeed, make good, quality, wheels.

Rotas are badass for the price. I bought a set of the P45R's which are 9.5" all around. Here are some pics.

I got a set about 6 months ago for my Z, the front 2 where bent from factory or from shipping although I noticed no problem with the boxes. I called subydude up after about a week I had a new front set at my doorstep and just sent the bent ones back. So on a customer service level subydude is great to work with. I have more compliments on these wheel than any other set I have ever had also the bronze really sets the Sunset Lemans off. The only down side is that it looks like they left corky to design the centercaps but I think they are coming out with some new caps for the just the Z. All in all great wheels and they serve the need for width increase and look great too.

You should never pay list price for anything, that is why we have this great forum. I've owned 19" Nismo LMGT4's. They were very nice. Quality was great. Couldn't say one bad thing about them other than the offsets were a little weak.

You cannot compare forged wheels to rotas, there is just no way. Rotas do offer ok looking rims in decent offsets though.

I see your in Allentown too, that isn't too far from where i'm located.

EDIT- I'M A RETARD AND DIDN'T REALIZE I BUMPED ANCIENT THREAD. THOUGHT I'D REPLY SINCE THE OP WAS LOCAL, BUT THEN I CHECKED THE DATES LOL.

Haha, I can't say that I don't miss them. It definitely makes it worse waiting around 4 months (and counting) longer than I expected for my new wheels to arrive. I was just at the Nismo wheel thread, scrolled down and this is what I saw in the similar thread box.

I didn't realize the similar threads would be so old, thought I would post when I realized the OP was 30 minutes from where I live. It wasn't until then I realized I failed.
