Thanks for the pic. I'm still looking at that thread but so far I'm sold on the ProKit. I'm checking to see if I need to roll fenders, 20mm front and 25mm back spacers, camber kit, etc. It would be nice if I could just throw the springs and spacers on and get an alignment lol

Yup what these guys said. Just go ahead and roll the fenders. If you want to use spacers at all (which I highly suggest), you'll need to roll the fenders.
And if you're still on the fence about which springs to get, I have pics of my car on Pro-Kits I think. ;-) With Pro-Kits you should be able to get away with 20mm front 25mm rear no problem.. just roll the rear fenders.

EDIT: Just looked them up, 1" front and rear...

Thanks Aadosx, getting dropped with the ProKit on saturday and I should have your TPMS out today or tomorrow. The pic of your Z with the Pro Kit is in that thread that was linked to above.

Awesome! You'll love the springs. Honestly on Pro-Kit I think I would probably just go get an alignment and not bother with the camber kits. Just tell them to set your toe to zero all the way around, or maybe 1/32 inch in the rear for a little bit of help exiting the corners. Then just tell them to get the camber as close to 0 in the rear as they can... the front camber is not adjustable with factory parts but it will be a non-issue with 0 toe. Just remember, camber alone doesn't really kill the tires, but camber combined with toe does. What stinks about our cars in the rear is that as you dial out toe, it dials in camber. and vise versa. blah!

Thanks very much, will copy that post to show the alignment place! I can't wait to see it dropped and will do the spacers in a few weeks.
Here's the current plan per the install shop. Install the Eibach Pro Kit this saturday with an alignment soon afterward. Then get the spacers and install those a little later and finally roll the fenders. They stated putting the spacers on later will not affect the alignment.
And an FYI for those considering springs. It was AadosX's Z that had the LMGT4's. When I bought them from him we replaced his LMGT4's with my stock 17's wheels. His car STILL looked as good as mine because he was dropped with spacers. It's amazing how much the springs and spacers change the appearance of a car!

I would go with coils cause I get more adjustablity and feels like its on rails while turning.
I'm on bc racing coils. not sure how much I dropped but I do rub very slighty on bumps on my front pass side so gotta raise it up 1 cm.

And yes fix your toe if you don't want to eat up your tires. when I used to drift I went through a brand new pair of federals in 8 laps cause I had some toe. too much camber also wears the tires out fast also so i'm pretty much use to tires lasting one season lol.

0 toe up front.
0 or 1/32" toe rear.
Whatever camber it is up front (it's not adjustable).
And I would just get as little camber in the rear as you can, or match it to what the front camber spec is
I would guess that you will have about 1.5 or 2 degrees of camber up front after the drop.
Right now I'm rocking 2 degrees of camber front and rear, 0 toe up front and 1/32 rear. The car handles very well!
And you are correct, installing spacers won't affect the alignment. You can install the spacers yourself, it's just like putting on wheels. I also suggest waiting at least 2 weeks after spring installation before getting an alignment as they typically seem to "settle in" which lowers the car just a tad more.

Checking on spacers and wanted to be sure. Do I need the Ichiba v2 spacers with lmgt4's? I searched and couldn't find the exact spacers people were using with these. I think I'm going with the Ichiba V2's unless there's something better. thanks!

Those are fine. Those are like the ones I have. They bolt onto the car. The V1 style require putting new wheel studs in.. and are only necessary if you plan on tracking the car hard and often... in which case I wouldn't recommend spacers anyways really. =P
I have H&R because I prefer their brand name quality. There are also Eibach spacers. Both of these cost more though. Ichibas will be fine, everyone here seems to use them without any issues.
