Default Best bang for the buck!!!

Yesterday I was driving from NJ to NY and all of the sudden it started to rain so freaking hard!! For my surprise my new wiper blades and tires performed really really good.
So if you are looking for a nice set of tires, you should consider the “General Exclaim UHP” These are ultra high performance summer tires and cost like half of the price of other brands. I bought these tires from Tirerack.com and I spent only like $600 for four 19” tires. These tires are really quiet compared to the stock tires, and the grip is excellent!!! I have never been in a track, so I don’t know how it performs in one. I have had these tires for almost 3 months, and never been disappointed. These tires are definitely the best bang for the buck.
If you are looking for a good set of wiper blades, I highly recommend the Bosch Icon. I paid like $40 for the pair in Autozone. They are definitely worth the money. They are extremely quiet!! You won’t hear anything!! Even if it stops raining and you still have your wiper turned on. I will try to post some pics later.

That's good to hear since I'll be getting some tires for my new wheels soon. I had been looking at the Exclaims, but this just reassures me.

I've also heard that the Nexxen tires are excellent, and the prices are very low.

My Dad put General Exclaims on his BMW 540i, real good tire for the money. Very quiet, much more quiet than my KDW2 NT.

How well do they handle compared to the previous tires (or other performance tires overall)?

I have falken 615's on all 4 wheels, driving in the rain is like driving a school bus filled with gasoline (very slowly).
