noob question on wheels...
The offset is up to you! When i was looking at the gt-7's, i think i was going to order +24 and +30 offsets.
Instead, i went with the racing hart R5 with a +26 offset all-around.

Hope this is helpful.

do i need to roll my fender? (and what's this mean?!?)
I'm guessing your going with 8.5" and 9.5" setup. No you won't have to roll your fenders with that tire setup unless you go with a crazy offset or you lower the car. Rolling you fenders is a method of bending the inner part of the fender by a roller to fit wheels and tires on the vehicle so that when the tires and wheel are mounted on the car, they don't rub.
No the offset is somewhat for looks but it's the measurment that used to determine how many mm away or in the mounting surface (part of the wheel that attaches to the car) is from the center. So a postive offset let's say +30is 30mm away from the center point of the wheel width going road side. Negative offset goes fender side or inwards towards the car and 0 offset is right in the middle.
Now for looks if you want your car to look aggresive you want to have a smaller offset. Wheels with a smaller offset usually have bigger lip, but if you go to small and if your wheel width is huge you can run into problems like having the wheels stick past the fender.
If you don't understand anything about offset go to discountiredirect.com they should have images that explain it better.
