I don't think so. We mounted my 8.5/9.5 +22 TE37's on my friends Z32 and rears definetely came out past the fender. I have a pic somewhere but I couldn't find it. I think the offsets need to be closer to +40 on a Z32.
19" wheels are not recommened size for the 300ZX, 17" or18" sizes are recommended. As for offsets you can run anywhere from +25~+40 on the fronts with wheel sizes ranging from 8~9.5 in the fronts. And the rears you can run anywhere from +35 ~+48 with 9~10.5 depending on offsets. I am currently running 18x9 +24 fronts with 265 35ZR 18, and rear 18x10 +45 with 295 35ZR 18
