Default Need QUICK opinions on this setup!

Hey guys, I originally ordered:

F: 255/35/19 x 9.5 (+23 offset)
R: 285/35/19 x 10.5 (+21 offset)
Misc info: TEIN S-Tech Springs

Problem is bacuse my rear offset is so low, the 285's stick outside the fender! Not a big fan of how it looks! It also it may appear I have to cut my fenders.... grrrrr

Solution: Thinking of swaping out the rear for 275's. May just have to roll the fender (if at all). Tires are TOYO TR1-s.

How bad will a 10.5" width wheel look on a 275 tire? It doesnt look bad on Broch's car...seems like a barely noticable stretch. What do you guys think?

See this thread for pics of Broch's car:

Also, should I change my front to 245? Will this combo throw off the VDC? THANKS

THANKS!

Which setup?

F: 255/35/19 x 9.5 (+23 offset)
R: 275/35/19 x 10.5 (+21 offset)

OR

F: 245/35/19 x 9.5 (+23 offset)
R: 275/35/19 x 10.5 (+21 offset)

thnx

Lastly, will this NEW combo keep the VDC happy? Or should I go 245 front? thanks!

I thought 10.5 on a 275 width tire was questionable... check out how bad a 11" width wheel looks on 275:

I would try to stay with the 285s and see if rolling/cutting the fenders will solve the issue. Also, depending on your current setting maybe run a little more neg camber. If not, you'll have to go 275 but maybe a tire brand that tends to be a bit larger like the BFG KDWs.

Good luck!

Z33Benny, that looks really good. What are your offsets?
roncfpz, I think I would have to be at least -2 degrees camber to keep the tires in the wheel well. I'll be done with those tires in no time!

^ That offers absolutely no protection to the outer lip. Functionally, bad!

the rear tires are Nitto Neo gen. 275/35R19 the wheel is a 19x10.5 +23 offset. The drop is a Tein S-Tech, and i havent touched my fenders, no rolling, no cutting, no rubbing!
