It's covered under warranty via TSB service. If your dealer pretends like they don't know what a TSB is, kick them in the nuts.

i just had this fixed on my car this week by the dealer. no parts were replaced, just coated the axle and bearings with the Molykote M77 grease.

I would scan it for you if I had a scanner, but here's what it says word for word on page 6 of my limited warranty manual.
"This limited warranty does not apply to any vehicle, and is rendered void if the vehicle is (or ever has been) issued a "salvage" or similar title under any state's law; or has been determined to be a "total loss" or equivalent by any insurance company, such as by payment of a cash payment of claim in lieu of repairs because of a determination that the cost of repairs exceeded the actual cash value of the vehicle."
Sorry man, but it doesn't sound good.

Here is what is included in the TSB service for rear axle clicking:
-some nuts and bolts
-some grease
-about 1 - 1.5 hours of labor
should cost you no more than $100 - 150 if they won't cover it under warranty.

For any vehicle with a salvage title, the warranty is void.
Thanx Jason!
I took the car in this morning at 7:30am. I had the TSB printed out and ready to bring in for a speedy diagnosis but I forgot it by the door as I was running out of the house to make it there in time
I tried explaining the 2 TSB's (Navi and Axle issues) so I hope they (service guys) clue in and hook me up with some free warranty repairs
