Default 8mm spacers

has anyone put 8mm spacers on there stock studs ,if so have you had any problems? i was thinking about doing this but wanted to check with you guys first! thanks in advance

I think 8mm is too big for the stock studs. I am using 5mm to clear my BBK, and even that is pushing it. The lugs only have about 4-5 full turns on them.

I tried HR 5 mm on stock studs and it was just under the required turns. I'm sure 8mm won't work. As a rule of thumb, you should measure the thickness of the stud and be able to "turn" down on the stud the same length.

yeah 8mm is too much for stock studs

question...are you guys talking about wheel spacers or something else? i'm a noob so when you guys said that 8mm might be too much for stock everything, that got me a bit worried cuz i was thinking to buy 25rear, 15-20front (assuming i can find a good deal).

I think 5mm is really the max you should be doing w/stock studs
