Take it to a wheel/tire shop - they can get them off... just make sure you find a good shop that wont damage your wheel in the process.

Noted that you're in So.Cal. Check with Status(Rick). One of our vendor here on our forum. Great guy to deal with. Expert in wheels. But one thing I am worry is if your lugs are tuck it, there is a possibilty that when they remove it, it can scratch your rims.

Have you checked back where your jack and lug wrench are? The previous owner may have left the key back there with that stuff.

Just get a deep socket that they use to take off stripped bolts. Something like a twist socket or a fluted socket I think that is what they call them. You pound it on the wheel lock turn it and it takes off the wheel lock. Then just go buy some new wheel locks.

Wheel locks just stop honest people from stealing your rims not someone who wants to take them!!!!

same situation sort of. Shop lost my volk lug nut locks. Discount tire said they could take locks off but they won't be able to reuse them.
