Question People running 245/35/19 and 275/30/19 please chime in.

I currently run 245/35/19 and 275/35/19 which has been great for me, but I need to get some new tires and I found a great deal for 245/35/19 and 275/30/19 tires. I have searched the forums for several hours and found that many people say the VDC will be affected, but I just want to hear first hand experiences from people with this size. I know that the diameter of the 275/35 matches better to stock than 275/30 but if there are people with this size with no problems, I would love to hear about it! Thanks.

I had this combo in Bridgestone S03 with no problems in terms of VDC. However, the ride tends to be a little harsher.

you have an enthusiast, so you dont have vdc. but yes, your traction control will come on now and then especially when you are cornering from what ive read. plus your sidewall is getting really small, leaving very little protection for your wheels. dont be cheap you will regret it.

why would you want tires in the rear that are shorter than the fronts? I always thought that looked goofy

Yeah I don't understand why you'd want 30s in the rear!

The tires in front will be a little tall, but hell, members has done crazier stuff.

I am currently running Azenis ST115 245/35ZR/19 on the front and Azenis ST115 275/30ZR/19 on the rear (purchased the car that way). I have a small hole in my rear driver tire so I am looking to replace soon with:

F: 245/35/19
R: 275/35/19

I am curious about your "good deal?" What brand are they?

I have to decide between Nitto, Toyo, BFG, or Yokohama. I would like to keep it under a grand but I am not sure that is a reality.

The deal was from someone on the forum.
But those deals you found online look pretty good to me.

I have this same set-up and I have no complaints. I knew that it wasent the best measurment going into it but thats the only size yokohama es100 came in. I actually love the look .. they dont look smaller than the front really. Ive got nothing but compliments .. I dont think youll notice the difference. Next time I will go to 255/35 285/30 most likely. Im running them on 9.5 fronts and 10.5 rears .. Volk Time Attacks. Hope this helps and Ill post pics if necc.

I have that setup on a Touring. Never had a problem with VDC and it looks great.
