Smile thoughts on Volk SF-Challenge

Hey guys,

just bought a pair of 19" vold sf challenge rims. Any suggestions as to what types of tires i should put on it? I like the pirelli p-zero nero, but damn thats almost $400/ tire....some input on something cheaper but yet good quality would be appreciated!

I just picked up a set of BFG KDW2's for my 19" Nismo LMGT4's. So far i'm satisfied with them, other than the road noise. They grip well from a stop, handle pretty well without the sidewalls being too stiff. The price was reasonable for a 19" tire. I've only had them for 2 week so i can't say much more than that now.

Welcome. Please do not begin another best tire thread. There are several in the tire forum. Thanks.

I think if you browse through some old threads in this forum you will find your answers.

Toyo Proxes T1-R, best traction I've ever had since adding turbos ($250 each).

The Pirellis suck, the tread life on them is awful. Go with the Toyo T1R's or Goodyear F1 GSD3.
