The the hell does that mean?? No **** no matter were I ordered the tires from I would still have to have them mounted and balanced.

what do you mean? if I bought tires from an internet site (tire rack) they would mount them to my rims on my car for free... they fly a tech out with a balancer machine on the spot

I ran my PS2 sizes through and their price is comparable to the big guys like TireRack or DTD.
