Alignment needed? New 19" wheels
If you plan to do it right you do!!! Not only do you need an alignment but in order to maintain stock specs you will need Toe Bolts & Radius arms for the rear; SPC are the industry leaders. And up front and adjustable A-arm is needed; SPC or Cusco are good. Change the parts THEN do the alignment.

I'd do it just in case. Have the tech give you a read out of where you are at now and you can decide then.
You gotta remember that every car is slightly different and a little precaution never hurts (only in the wallet).

Unless you change offsets or diameters (OD of tires, I assume), I was told by my shop that you don't need an alignment based on tires/wheels change. Obviously, if you lower the car you will need an alignment.
