it has been about two weeks since i noticed this... it is a loud annoying noise, its road noise but only louder than usual and it sounds even louder when slowing down. i got an alignment when i lowered the car almost 9 months ago. could it be alignment issues. the rear tires have slight feathering but not much....can this be it. and plus the sound sounds like its coming from the front. .........

yes the noise has been getting worse. and its getting to the point that its causing a little bit of a vibration inside the car. i was looking at the wheels and tires and noticed that there is no feathering in front tires (some in the rear) but did notice a tiny bend in my front passanger wheel. i think i remember when that happened, i hit a big pot hole. could this be what knocked everything out of alignment? oh and there is a bout 10k on all tires. btw i added rear spacers on my set up... that shouldnt throw alignment off correct?

It may pay to change L/F to R/F---R/F to L/F tires keeping in mind rotation, and have them re balanced at that time.
Also tire roar can be caused by belt separation that can be determained by a CAPABLE tire man. If he's good, he can run his hand over it and feel it

If you have belt separation you need a new tire. There are woven belts embedded in your tire that give it strength, rigidity and its Round shape.
Bias tires ran belts wrapped perpendicular to the circle, Radials run belts that are paralell with the circle. If it tears, either from a defect or HITTING something, then you lose your "round" and the more it separates the worst it gets til you have more and more vibration and eventually a Blow out.
A good man with a Balance machine will be able to tell ( It wont Balance)
ALSO.... A belt can be torn from a sloppy install on the rim
VERY important to have a good specialty shop do your work and not some minimum wage grease monkey
