Default Just Drop the Rear

My front tires look ok. They are tucked and flushed with the fender. But the rears have a gap. I'm thinking just to drop the rear (Eibach) and leave the front stock. Is this safe? Performance?

I would not reccomend changing out only the rear springs - the spring rates would not match and possibly upset the cars overall handling dynamics. Instead I would suggest just trimming the springmount on the rear - There are threads here describing the process and it is quite simple and best of all - FREE! Do a search it will come up.

How about just buy the Eibach for all four corners?

The fronts are almost zero finger gap. With Eibach drop of 1", I'm afraid it will be too low.

What size wheels/tires do you have? If you are still on stock suspension that seems very low then...

I have exactly one finger gap, with the Eibach Prokit and 19's. So what is your setup currently? You just need to keep the same kit all the way around. Do you have pics?

Shave your rear spring mounts and you'll be a happy camper.

Do you have an 06. I do and had the same issue. The front looked perfect and the back looked way to high. I did the spring perch mod and got about .75 inch out of it. Still to much gap so I installed hotchkis springs which are .75 rear / .6 front. Looks great now.

what size rear tires are you running. If they were factory diameter, I bet they would sit just like the front
