Default My new Ruff Hyper Black 278's on Black Z

Let me know what you guys think. The Ruff 279's were my first choice, but they were out of stock.

Specs...

Wheels
Ruff Racing 278 Hyper-Black
Fronts: 19" x 8.5" +20
Rears: 19" x 9.5" +20

Tires
Nitto Neo Gen
Fronts: 245/35/19
Rears: 275/35/19

Suspension
Eibach Pro kit springs

With lugs, hub centric rings, mounted, balanced, and shipping, it came to just about $1,800.

If you want any other info let me know.

The first pics were before I washed the car and shined up the tires. Also, the pictures really don't do them any justice. They shine really well, and the way the light hits them and my black car (especially at night!), they look AMAZING!

The last pic kinda points out that these rims aren't perfect (obviously) - the aren't smooth in all places on the spokes. They look as though they could have been ground down a bit more. But you really can't see that unless you are a foot away and am really picky

Thanks guys! And yes - my next plan is to get tint - maybe 20%.

I also want to get the headlights blacked out a bit.

So how is the ride? I went with the same wheel in an 18 for my ZR. Do you feel any loss in acceleration etc.

The ride quality seems to be no different than with my stock 18's with stock tires.

I do seem to feel a little loss in acceleration - not sure if my mind is messing with me knowing that the wheels are heavier. However, i would take twice the acceleration loss just to have a good looking set of wheels. FI will make up for it sometime down the road.
