Aggressive Wheels and Stretched Tires....Welcome
Yeah, as soon as I saw pics of this car my mind was set on how i wanted the car to look as it progresses.
I would love to get 19s as i believe they are better on 350s but the wheels minimum size of manufacture is 20" so it didnt leave me with the option.
With the offsets what would you recommend, thats the part I have trouble understanding.

most ppl run setups like Front 19x10 (0 to -10) Rear 19x11/12 (0 to -5)
some setups are even more crazy... but I think there's a limit to what looks awesome. Basically, the lower you go with offsets = more lip, pushing the face deeper into the wheel, however remember that you are also pushing the wheels further outside the car!
Depending on the setup you'll go with, you might also need to purchase camber and toe arms to get back in spec after dropping the car.

well people are running various offsets. It all depends on what kinda camber degrees you are aiming for and do you prefer the simple flush look or would you prefer a more aggressive stance with the wheels poking out the fenders ? Rolling the fenders is a must, but you can also flare/pull the **** out of them and fit something more aggressive.

I would like the back wheels to have a lower offset so it can have more lip then the front.
So an offset of 0 to -10 would be suitable for the effect on the front, and 0 to -5 for the rears?
I guess if its not the desired effect I can always get spacers :P

With the offsets I gave you, you definitely won't need spacers! Another thing you need to consider is the brake kit you have... do you have brembos (any other BBK) or the base brakes ? Because this will affect the disk type you will have to go with when buying the wheels! Front you should go with mid/regular disk (if you have BBK you should get hi-disk for more brake clearance). Usually you wanna go with low disk in the back for maximum lip. With the numbers I posted you should get front lips around 4.5 inch and 6 inch out back
That sounds like the amount I think would be ideal, I will do abit more researching before I jump into the deep end and start ordering but thanks for all the help!
No, No, No, and Hell No. If I see anyone rocking damn Asanti wheels in this thread, I'm out.. Those wheels do not belong on a Z period And don't place a 9.5 up front you will need spacers. Go with 10s in the front for sure. In my opinion the best spec for 19s where 19x10 0 offset and 19x11 0 offset.. It looked the best with not as much pull.

great....now weds are "bling" and can be emmulated by other "chrome" wheels to achieve the same look as long as theyre blingin like the jdm wheels and proper size/spaced....

@gilby: if you decide to go with a 9.5 front and a 10.5 rear I would go with a -11 all around. For sure you'll just have to roll them fender because that's what we did with my friend's Z and he got to keep his fender liners intact. With just a slight roll and his wheels were also weds but it was the bazrieas like E's old rims but it was all chrome.
I think I might just go with this size and offset with some DPE'S ,because I cant go to hard living in Maryland these roads suck like ****

rears aren't going to be flush. Go with a 11. Btw how blackhawk project? Still waiting. Lol jk can't wait!
