We just had a set of RS05RRs come through the warehouse recently, absolutely love these wheels!

Special order from Japan only so there is a 2-3 month wait for them, but definitely worth it when they arrive. Let me know if anyone is interested in a set for their Z!

Got them from a good friend last Sunday.
18x9.5 35offset. +my 25mm spacers
245/45r18 front
275/45r18 rear

These finally got rid of my issues with my front warped wheels.

Looks meaty but 45s are kind of tall.

Default wheels sizes and offset for my z

Hi,

I have a 04 almost stock 350z. I decided to run 255/40/18 square tires and going to order a new set of RPF1,

What size of wheels fit perfect on these tires?

And what offset should i get? I want them sightly inside the fenders

I am really loving the 255/40 & 275/40 look. The 275/35 front and 295/35 rear looks great as well. I am looking for RPF1s now. I am running Varrstoens es2's 19x9.5 & 19x10.5 now. I will be switching over to 18s! Fuction>Form any day. Loving the thread guys!

Performance and cost/availability of tires too.

If I could get 285/40 17's sizes in RS3's, Rivals, Star specs etc, I would be riding on 17's.

275/40-17 is great too, and most companies seem to be going away from that size

The widest sticky street tires I can find in 17's are 255's. (STU legal, tires anyway)

Only 285's that ive been able to find are Kuhmo XS unless you want to buy P-zeros for 550 a piece. I'll be trying a pair of XS's on the rear for my next set and trying to fit them in the front

I run 17x10 RPF1 with 275/40 square right now. Wheels are only 15.5 lbs

I have ran 285/40 17 XS's on the rear and 275/40 17's XS' s on the front.

They were predictable, they liked heat, and they lasted well for trackable street tires. They are faster than normal tires, but among "trackable" street tires, they are off the pace. NT05's are slower, but that's about it.

And, after seeing them on backorder for 9 months straight on tirerack, they dropped off my radar.

You will need to roll the rear fenders flat, there is no liner in the rear like in the front.
