Default A Will these tires fit question

Hey guys, I am wondering if a 275/35/18 front 295/35/18 tire will fit on the Z. I have a touring model and i have a set of Work Meister rims. 18x9 +22 front and 18x10 +24 rears. I will be tracking so there will be aggressive driving involved. Just want to make sure that this size tire will fit with no modification or rolling before i go ahead and buy them. Thanks for your help and answers.

Are you lowered or running more negative camber than stock? That is very close, I can't really say one way or the other unless I know your setup. It will certainly work if you are willing to roll the rear and run negative camber in the front, which you might want anyway if the car will see track time.

Nope i am not lowered. I dont want to lower the car. Ill just be putting in some swaybars. And Negative camber was an option i was considering aswell. I was told that 275 would fit upfront with no rub or issues. Any other info or knowledge would be great. Thanks

275/35/18 on a 9" +22 front will work with no issues or rubbing. I have that setup.

I have the same 10" setup in the rear, but I am lowered 1". Lowered it will not work withouT rolling the fenders. Stock height may work.

Why aren't you lowering your car? Especially if your tracking your car.

they will work just fine front and back.... even if you lower the car, the rears should be fine. I think you could run down to possibly a +20 and still be fine. I am running a 295/35/18 on a 10" rear with a +22 without issue

Thanks guys. That sounds great. Cant wait to put that tire set up on the Z. Thanks again. Why i dont want to lower the Z is simply from previous experience on lowering a car. Ruined the ride quality greatly. Swaybars eliminate the roll of the vehicle well enough to be track equiped. I have about 6 years of track experience. Last year running an M3 with swaybars alone and 265 tires all around on forgeline rims and the car was completely nuetral and was simply amazing on the track. Front to back body roll isnt an issue under acceleration and braking. anyway, with this tire set up i dont think lowering the car will make much of a difference at all. Camber would be a better choice than a set of springs or coilovers. for the money that is. and Unless ofcourse it is a full on race car. My car is a daily driver as well. the Z suspension is already fairly stiff. Its a strong car that is already pretty track worthy out of the box. IMO, im sure many could argue this point a million ways from sunday, but this is just my perspective and experience. Thanks again for the help.

Loweing the CG of a vehicle is one of the few modifications that improves just about everything about the dynamic balance of a car.

I have a tire size question as well...

Will 275/40/19 fit in the rear with no suspension work?

I want to go with a thicker side wall so that the ride isnt quite as hard. What are the sizes of the tires that come stock on this car? I bought my car used with different wheels and so I dont know...

If you want a thicker sidewall then you go to an 18" 275/40/18
