yeah...these are 20s. The 19s weight in at like 32 lbs each I think.

yes you will, you are loosing rotational mass on each wheel 14 lbs each. that is a major difference.

You will definitely feel the difference. I've even felt the difference in around 5lbs. or less per corner, and when going from 20's down to 19's (did that twice).
