not really... i mean you are only losing 54 pounds... will there be a difference as far as mpg, acceleration? yes, will you feel it probably not... does your car feel different when you have a passenger? not really not unless you have it completely stripped and are contantly pushing the envelope...
yes you will, you are loosing rotational mass on each wheel 14 lbs each. that is a major difference.
You will definitely feel the difference. I've even felt the difference in around 5lbs. or less per corner, and when going from 20's down to 19's (did that twice).
