I actually inquired with several vendors who said they would have to check with Mackin, never got a call back. Although all assured me there were none in the US. I wish I had called you guys but I didnt see you pushing Advan in the marketplace. Thanks for the offer tho.

 

sucks man if youve tried a just rubber valve and it still made the noise i think im reading that right. Then i wouldnt know what else to do. Im with everybody else i thought it had to be the valve itself too. Good luck man let us know.

 

well, I'm ready to sell these off (or trade something) to anyone who's interested and thinks they can figure this out. I dont even know how to price something like this so I'm gonna say $475+shipping. I will make a marketplace post, but since this is sorta complicated, I think everything I needed to say about them is in this thread. This really bums me out, I loved the look and nimble handling of these wheels




What I have come to believe is that the previous owner used some slightly different lugnuts or allowed the lugnuts to loosen while on a road course.

Look at the lug seats. There is a lip that I believe shouldnt be there. I dont have access to a machine shop to properly take that ridge down and redress the lug seat. Might not be that at all. I just dont know and at this point, they are in storage indefinitely. At the very least, maybe someone would want them for a show car? I wouldnt daily drive them until I found the issue. This is the only possible issue I can see visually
