Default Curb rash on my stock 18s

Ugh...so I just grazed a curb for the first time in my life and put a nice 3" or so rash on my 06 stockers. Im furious. What do you guys recommend that i do? Its not deep, it pretty much just took the paint, and slightly more...but it def bothers me. can this be fixed? leave it? DIY? ill throw a pic up later. Is there a touch up paint that matches? thanks!

replace all 4 with aftermarket and wrap sticky rubber on the stockers to autocross and HPDE

I did the same thing to my stock wheels (I have a 2003 Performance model that has the light-colored silver 18” rims). I rubbed the curb and put a deep 9 inch long gouge in the wheel’s edge that was very ugly.

Samaritan Tire (Minnetonka, Minnesota) refinished the wheel, and it looks new. Here is their web page:

http://www.tiredealersites.com/samaritanco/

The repair (they call it a “refinish”) makes the wheel look like new. It was fairly expensive (I don’t have the invoice handy, but I think it was $200+). I don’t have before and after pictures.

Last time I curbed a wheel, I had some JDM Racing Sparco wheels which are somewhat rare and hard to get in the states. I was so pissed about it I went and traded in the car a couple weeks later for a new car, rather than deal with getting it fixed! haha Though I hit the curb hard enough to damage axle bearings and stuff.

If it's just a stock, it might be cheaper to get a used (but perfect condition) wheel -- assuming someone will sell you just one.

I cracked my front stocker on an 03 I had it welded twice first time 100 bucks second time less than a year later from the same con man who welded it the first time 35 bucks + tolls + gas +time ??? Looking on ebay before I went back the third time = priceless. I found a mint replacement for 110 shipped to my door. I wish I would have looked around first but live n learn
