Default Problem mounting wheel

Well, I just got my enkei RPF1's from the fedex man today and went to mount them. Little problem- The front wheels wont fit. Once the factory wheel is dismounted you can see a goldish looking bolt that looks like its holding the rotor down. Almost looks like a 6th wheel stud. This bolt comes out too far and the wheel cant be mounted because it hits it. These are the standard 18x9.5/10.5 + 15 wheels everyone goes with. Seems im the only one that ran into this problem though?

This has happened at least 100,000 times, nothing new.

Moving on...
