Small rim damage/scrape by shop...fixable?
So I had my tires mounted on my rimes and the rims were brand new and after they put the tires on the rims I find 1 small ding on every single rim then find a scrape on one of them. I am sure the small ding is from the stupid tire machine maybe. Here is some pics...
The Small Ding

The Scrape or whatever

Is there anyway to get it fixed so it looks brand new again or no? If not, I am just going to buy new ones and go to a different shop. If anybody is interested in these rims PM me. You can see how the rims look now over here...

Yes, volk gt-s. I am going to try and work something out with the shop. I just can't believe this **** happened. It's bugging the hell out of me. Had to pay good money for these then have some shop scratch and ding them...f that.
Well I am going to have to buy new ones and sell these. So if anybody wants these PM me an offer. They are in perfect condition except for those 2 things above.

BTW, there are wheel shops around that can fix / repair things like that no problem. I've had them do curb rash that went halfway around the wheel before and they came out looking like new. Usually around $125 a wheel or so to get them repaired.

Try Wheels of America they can fix that with ease.. Honestly the damage is so minor i would just keep them... In 3 months time you'll have nicks and scratches any ways with normal driving. I've been there...
Milk the shop for some money back but just keep the set IMO..

Fixable - yes.
Should the shop that messed them up fix them? Yes.
This happens all the time, and shops rarely accept the blame. Truth is that there are qualified tire techs and unqualified techs. Once I found a qualified tech, I request him every time and tip him on the side. Nice guy, and wheels are always perfect. He explained to me how one can improperly use the machine, which some of his co-workers do.

The problem I've had with repairs is that the repair looks good initially, and than a year later it looks awful (when the paint, covering, polishing or just the "juice" begins to peel).
