what would you recommend?

18" = performance, cheaper, more tire choices, cheaper tires.
19" = looks, more expensive, less tire choices, expensive tires.

19's if it's just a street cruiser. If you do any sort of competitive driving they wont help though.

I just sold my 19's and going back to 18's. I like both just wanna take advantage of the tire selection and the lighter weight of the 18's.
