i have a friend that has 19" rpm r-505 hyper silver rims on his z and wants to sell them to me. they have brand new tires and are the rims are in good shape. hes willing to give me them for only $600 and right now im rolling on just stock rims so it would be a cheap upgrade. that price is more than the tires cost which are brand new, and then the rims cost around $1000. i really liked the way the rims looked on his car. the only thing setting me back is that i know the are pretty cheap rims and may be pretty heavy and with my car being stock itll slow me down a good amount. so for $600 is it worth it to pick up these wheels as a cheap upgrade from the stock rims?

 

That could be 600 towards something better.

This will answer your question. I have these exact wheels on my Z except black.
The bad:

• Heavy
• Cheaply made. The clearcoat and black is starting come off mine and I have only had them for a year.
• The offset in your pic is way off and so was mine. You will need spacers if you want them to sit flush.

The good:

• Looks good to somebody who doesn't know anythign about wheels and the 350Z
• Cheap

IMHO I would save your money and get a nice set of Volk's or Work's or something. That's what I'm doing right now woth my Z. I will be trying to sell my wheels when I have enough money to buy some Volk's.
