IS300's use pretty conservative offsets compared to our car.
In the May '09 issue of Super Street editor Jonathan Wong put Advan RZ 19x8 and 19x9, all at +45 offset, AND had to cut the rear fenders to prevent rubbing. Think about that for a second. While you haven't provided the offsets, I'm going to go ahead and say they will be ridiculously tucked in on the Z, if they will even fit at all.
Either pass or take them and sell for proper fitting wheels.
Or you could always do spacers, but from the sounds of it even 25mm spacers would barely put you into Z territory with those wheel sizes, but would look ok.

Most aftermarket wheels use what's considered "tuner" lugs, or "acorn" style, meaning the mounting side is at 45 degrees IIRC, versus most factory lugs which are flat on the mounting side. You can pick up various brands of these types of lugs anywhere from about $20 to $250 or so.
