i have a set of those tires used on ha ad im a little concer cause the rears I have on now 235 50 17 are slipping with just a little gas on turns dont feel too confident with them and wanted to know if that set up will work till I can save some money to buy some 18's dont want to spend money twice.

I think I will do that instead until I get some 18's set up. I just ordered my front lower control arm bushings whiteline plus from Z1 both sides all four my right side is completely of the rubber im going to also change the stabilizer conneting rods front and rear hopefully it will make it more stable. thanks for the replys and chart.

I just cheked the tire calculator and its saids theres a 3.41% diference in the front tires from 225-50-17 and 225-45-17 so I think Imma hold on that since all the treads I've read and even the calculator warn me about going over the 3% I wait till I get 18" anybody running any nice setups they liek to share on 18" rims and tires pics whould by a plus.

I just put 225 50 17 front and 255 45 17 rear runs great, tire calcualtor said .5+% difference so no problems with the TCS. Plus rear still a fract taller than fronts looks way better than stock size for now.

I suspect you probably based your final decision on tire sizing using davidv's chart and advice (Post #4 on your Thread here).
