Am I the only one who doesn't get a hardon for Volk's?
Most of your baseless comments/opinions have already been refuted by others who posted before me but I'd just like to address one more.
Saying this is the equivalent of saying Nissan only makes sports cars due to the fact that they offer the Z and the GT-R. Volk offers a variety of wheel styles for different uses.
Rota wheels look damn good on a Z and like I said most of the people aren't goin to track their car. I don't car where they got there design from one bit. They are good looking wheels that look good on our platform.
Volk wheels were made for the track and its gotten to the point where the people who shell out the money for volks have a different set of wheels for the track so they don't hurt their precious volks...seems kind of backassward to me.

When i can justify 3k+ for some Volks, ill pick up a set. Until then, ive got way too many other finacial priorities where 3k can be used.
This whole argument is retarded and as always, and will go absolutely nowhere but on and on. There are so many variables to each person's choices and lives, its rediculous.

nothing wrong with Rotas. But a person who usually like brand names or materialistic things, Volk wheels will do. I actually like rotas, just not as my main wheels.
It's just like clothes. The same shirt at walmart will cover you just as well as the one from the armani store. But there will be people who buy the armani for a bit better material and mostly the name as a designer.

To be perfectly honest with you guys this is the way I went. I went with the 20 inch (to suite my gangster side 
) Forte F42 Haze, and I know lots of people wouldn't like my rims cause they are heavy and whatnot, but to be honest I don't plan on tracking this car. I'm gearing more towards a 'show car' look, and these happened to be fairly cheap.
I have actually gotten a lot of compliments on these wheels too, a few compliments a week from random people. I think they go well with the silver door handles and the blacked out rest of my car. But I'm fully aware everyone has their own opinions and that most people probably won't like my wheels.

Hey guys I've been reading the threads in this section alot, and from what I've read it seems like everyone in here goes crazy for Volk's. I guess my question to you is why they are so appealing to most people? I personally would never pick volk's for my Z because of the high prices for them. I think some of them look pretty good, but I've seen a lot of plain ones too (which people went crazy for)
My main question to you all is this: What makes volk's so appealing?
And I know each person has their own opinions and this one is mine (I'm sure some people wouldn't like my style of rims either), I am in NO way talking down to Volk's, just wondering what the appeal is.

Seriously, who cares what you buy for your Z, it's your car, get what you want.
Just don't join a forum with the sole intent of bashing another wheel that you can't afford like the super-newb OP.
