this is my tire on the passenger side , and only this side is bad
i think its due to the bad shocks so i cant get a good camber, its on -2.x
is this regular wear due to bad camber?
or is somthing rubbing on the inside wheel well ?

I'm not sure that is camber. Those linear scratches are what would have me worried. It looks like something is rubbing on the tire in that location.
The tire wear could be from camber or toe. I would get another alignment. Since the tires you have are symmetrical, you can dramatically increase the tire life by having them dismounted, flipped, and rotated to the opposite side.

if thats camber he's running at least -5 degrees. In the pics, is the car just sitting in the garage or is it jacked up a little? If its just sitting you can see how extreme the camber is just by looking at the tire angle.
Im running -2 camber in my rear and the wear is not near that bad.
Get a set of rear camber arms and toe rods

You mention "I think its due to the bad shocks so i cant get a good camber, its on -2.x" so this tells me you have, or recently have had it aligned at an alignment shop....and now some weeks/months later you see this.....so thats tells me your blown shock definitely is the culprit....
Answer these questions
1. Are you lowered?
2. if so, how much and any rear after market toe bolt, etc..??
My thoughts are no because i see a stock rear camber arm, ie, no adjust ability. or you haven't bought a rear camber arm which you will need if your lowered low enough..
Solution:
If you know your shock is blown, replace it and if your at stock height, go get an alignment and get back into spec...in the interim - replace your tire.......
My speculation:
If its only one rear blown shock
I'm guessing you have a base model - open base differential and you like to do launches or "punch it" here and there - which caused one side shock to blow and now one tire wear more than the other due to camber and bad toe with shock blown thus throwing alignment off........as you mentioned camber is -2.x........
awaiting the answer to the question to ensure accuracy...

yes im lowered . and i have nothing but tanabe nf210 on right now at the moment
and its a touring model,
i did get a alignment 2 months ago and the rear passenger side cant be pulld within spec
thats why only that one is on -2.x right now
my solution is change my shocks and springs ( have them both in the garage / tokico blue , tein s tec )
get a new set of rims and tires thats gonna be going on there
but mean time just wondering how long i have for that one tire befor blowout
or is it somthing rubbing on it like a member up there said, somthing scraping on that area.
since im stil waiting for my rims arive

This IS not from bad camber. It is from way to much toe. When you lower a Z with just springs its just enough where you cant get the toe back where it needs to be without the larger toe bolts. -2.xx camber is more than fine and right outside factory spec. You need to get some SPC or other brand larger camber bolts, install them and then get an alignment at a reputable shop.
