I've never used 3m products on my car, but I do think they make a lot of cool ****. Do you have to order the stuff you're talking about, or can I pick it up locally?
Your car looks a lot better than the stuff I've been using (Mother's, McGuires Gold), and I was going to buy Zaino, but yours paint looks nice.

Do light weight 19's really hurt the handling abilitys of the car that much? Or accel.? Light weight as in at least two pounds lighter per wheel then stock 17's.

That's funny. I'm far from a cruiser, but have it your way. I guess cars like the Ferrari Enzo and new Ford GT, with their larger wheels, are just cruisers too.
If you're serious about driving on the track, you'd have 16's or 17's, not 18's. Anyway, enjoy driving the **** out of your car.

There are a couple of things to keep in mind here:
1- larger rims = more weight, larger tires = more weight, larger rims + larger tires = more weight
2- cars that come w/ 19" or 20" rims from the factory probably have a sidewall size comparable to the sidewall size of the 350 w/ factory 18" rims; sidewall flex is a concern for the track, but for the track and the street, the factory 18" sidewall size provides a good compromise
I personally, would opt for 17" rims to make track tires more affordable.
