You have the stock 17” Aluminum Alloy wheels so…
The good things that 17” wheels/tires provide are:
For street use: For an upgrade to a wider tire on these stock 17” wheels, you could mount:
For the track, the “rules” don’t apply, and you go with whatever works best for your goal. You would probably go a lot wider.

- Rear Size: 17x8.0, Offset: +33mm, Weight: 24.14lbs, Tire: 235/50/17

- A more comfortable ride
- Tires for 17” wheels generally cost less than tires for larger wheels (i.e., 18”, 19”, or 20”)
- Lighter wheels (all being the same, meaning the alloy used in the wheel)

- Front: 225/50-17"
- Rear: 245/50-17”
