Will I need to roll my fenders?

Will I need to roll my fenders?
Couple question for the wheel/suspension gurus here. I did a quick search and didn't see anything that covered this specifically (although some were close) and I just want to be 100% sure before I get the new wheels.
Anyway, I am going to change my rims/tires. I currently run 19 inch wheels with 245/35/19 fronts and 275/35/19 rears. I am not sure of the offsets though, but I can tell you that they are terrible for a Z, lol.
I am currently looking at going back to 18 inch rims, however these are 18x8 with a +2 offset for the front and 18x9.5 rears with a -4 offset. I plan on running 245/40/18 front and 275/40/18 rear tires (maybe 285 on the back).
My car is a 2007 Enthusiast and I am lowered on Hotchkis springs. Will I need to roll my fenders? Will rubbing be an issue? Will I need a camber kit of some sort?
Thanks and sorry for the "newbness" of the questions.

Roger that.
Just for chits & gigs, here are the same wheels I am looking at (except I want them in black and I know they aren't Volks or Works) on another member's car......can't recall his username but I love the look.

LOL, I was looking at some Rota P45Rs and Enkei RPF01s. The roads in this area are TERRIBLE and I would literally cry if I bought some expensive wheels and had them bend or crack or even get chipped up somehow, so I wanted to go with some budget minded rims.
Plus I love the "muscle" look of the above wheels and the only other rims I can think of that look like that are Work VSKFs and I don't wanna know how much those will cost. But back to the appearance, I want something a little different and Rotas tend to look like all the popular rim styles that tons of folks have.
So back to my original question, will rubbing be an issue to where I would need to roll my fenders? I know my car isn't that low in the grand scheme of things.

As far as how much they poke out, they are very similar to my RPF1s (18x9.5/10.5+15). I would suggest running smaller width tires though. Anyhow to answer your question, the rears stick out a few millimeters farther than my rims so I would say yes, roll the fenders.
