Default Finally installed my hyperblack rota torques

Imo, the hyperblack color that I've chosen looks just amazing on a chrome silver Z. After riding on stock 17s for over 2 years now, I was just stunned after installing the new rotas. What a difference.

Tire size is: 255/40/18 in the front & 275/40/18 in the rear. All 4 tires are Goodyear Eagle F1.

looks good. But why don't you take off the leather bra and put on a clear one?

Hey thanks for the comment. Can you please tell me what kind of clear leather bra you're talking about. Also, a website that sells them would be appreciated. Thanks man

Never understood the point of car bras. If you slap it on for road trips that is one thing...but to leave it on all the time is another.

The bra is there to prevent rock chips from making the front of your car look ugly, but if that nasty slab of leather is always on there making the front end look horrendous...that is much worse in my opinion.

Classy setup, congrats.

I hated my OEM 17's so I know you're happy to get rid of them as well.

Nice did you notice a slower response/handling?? Just wondering cause it's heavier. I have 18in track rims but I love the rota torques.

Thanks. Actually the handling is much better now, I am very happy with the tire sizes I've chosen.

sorry for the confusion. i meant you should get a 3m clear bra. Almost unnoticeable and does the job.

That's the kind of setup that you know someone enjoys driving their car more than they enjoy hanging out at parking lot GTGs.

If go with the clear bra, I'd only do the lower. If you do the upper (basically covers part of the hood), in time, there'll be a visible line going end to end. Granted, it may have been just isolated incidents like the owners not taking care of their paint. But, something to consider that may happen.
