And i am plannin to go for a Wheel Setup :
Front - 225/30/20

The Rims would be 20' with 9.5 in the front and 10.5 Rear !

The wheels are Weds Kranze Borphes and as an authorized Weds dealer we can acquire these for you (these would have to be special ordered). If you are interested in pricing feel free to PM or email me at Kwame@z1auto.com.

Tire width is not enough to determine whether or not you will need to roll your fenders....we need to know the wheel offsets. Also, although you might not be too concerned about performance given your 20" wheel preference, it's worth noting that 225 front / 275 rear combination will make the car much more prone to understeer. (FWIW as my 2006 Enthusiast was designed by Nissan, it has 225 front / 245 rear tire widths).
The pictures you posted show a good amount of negative camber (well outside of OEM range) in the rear. If the picture shows a 10.5" wide rear wheel, then there is no way it's a 275 width tire. You would need something like a 235 to get that kind of tire stretch.
As far as I know, guys running setups like that with stretched tires and poked out wheel rims either have to roll the rear fenders very tight, or cut the fender lip off all together.
