Billy: Rick emailed earlier this week, he said you both had a good unstanding on where your wheels are. is that correct?
Mubaarak: you wheels and the rest of your order are scheduled to be shipped internationally probably on Tuesday.
Andrew: He is still waiting on your step lip and the mesh style as well.

I spoke with him on Monday and he said he would have a date when they'd be in his warehouse Wednesday. He never called me Wednesday, I tried calling but no one answered. Thursday and today were the same deal. He finally replied to an e-mail of mine today and told be they were "do at the port next week.". It's hard to believe it though.

Things are heating up on the 370 forums... great to see the issues surfacing, unfortunately.
Just a couple fanboys left on that site but I see some respected members are feeling our concerns. Hopefully, VIP STATUS starts fixing things in the coming days.
It's sad to see a great vendor with awesome items fall short by providing horrible customer service...

FYI (forgot to mention this yesterday): they are moving to a 12000 sq ft facility in Gardena. Western & around 182nd street. this new area will have room for 5 lifts, the show room, and area for them to do their parts development. (and it's cheaper than their current space)
They are setting up the phone lines and internet this past week, and will move officially in the june timeframe.
If you can reach David he's doing most of the day-to-day business dealings..

As of today, I've received my wheels, the FULL reimbursement as of stated from Rick. Yanno, Yes I've waited hella long. But, all in all Rick came through as promised. Overall satisfied. Yanno, I was on my usual stomping grounds supraforums.com and reading some thread about race events and etc. Everybody was rockn a Vip-status badge including the LFA. That got me. What i'm saying is that, I don't see Rick fading away from the scene anytime soon. For the people awaiting their shipments, they WILL get their wheels. Like i said, Overall satisfied. The dude is LEGIT!

Thanks albert. It's been a journey. The supra should be out the shop next week. Hopefully Saturday, I'll get the rear fenders cut. Than I can mount these bad boys! I'm excited!

There's a thread over on the 370z forum Billy started a few days ago and it's been pretty active. A couple of you missed out on the opportunity of Chesbosto's getting the latest update for you when he went to dinner with Rick last Friday night, thanks Chebosto 
Not sure if Rick gave you any updates already but he's pretty active over there b/c his last log in was 5/19 whereas here it's 3/6. Not sure if this will help any or if he'll reply to everyone's situation but it's another alternative for you getting your update through another forum.
This thread has been pretty civilize without getting into a shouting match and pointing fingers so I hope you guys will do the same if y'all post over there b/c we've been warned by the admin to keep it simple and on topic.

- promised delivered date mid to late Nov. 2010.
- 4/29 (last update) was suppose to get the wheels 2 weeks ago... delivered to GTM to slap on to my 370 but nothing. Still trying to get a hold of Rick via pm/call/emails.

- 5/09 Still haven't received mine, haven't heard anything on them either.
- 5/15&16 Sent him a email, got no response. Called and talked to whoever, Rick wasn't there Was told he would call me back within a half hour... nothing.
- 5/19 I was suppose to hear from him yesterday and got nothing.
John Q PAID IN FULL
- waited since Nov. 2010
- waiting on body kit, HKS exhaust and wing

- 5 missed deadlines

It's not your fault! If a refund is requested the vendor should refund the amount within 2-3 business days. There could be reasons the refund's are taking so long though.. ie no money

I was reading through Rick's wall post in his profile... turns out there are 2 more members kooj_1 and MYZ34 (11 total)
So, I PM'd them both letting them know about the Venaci wheel thread and that there are 9 others on the same boat as y'all are
