Default What To Do With Bad Chrome Factory 17" Wheels

I have a set of 4 2003 350Z touring edition wheels that are chromed. They came from the dealership when the car was brand new. They are taking up space in my garage, and I want to be rid of them. Two of them are curb scrubbed and all of them have issues with the chrome flaking or bubbling. I want to get rid of them. Should I sell them as scrap metal or should I sell them on here? No idea what to do with these wheels but want to be rid of them. Thanks for your replies...Mike

I have the same set on my car and hate them. Currently using them to mount winters on them and after the snow drop some 18 anniversary stockers instead. At least mine are still new looking and not flaking like yes gl though

Are these the ones that come chrome plated?
If not, don't sell them here.

Last thing you want is to feel guilty when a guy veers off the road when his wheels crack.

Call a junk man and give him $20 to take them away.

Sell them, use money to buy other things, like better wheels

How much would be a fair asking price for the set? They came on my 350Z from the dealership so I do not think they would fail if a drifter wanted them. I can get some pics if need be- just have to pull them out of the garage and spruce 'em up a little bit. I also have the shipping boxes for them since I had to buy a set to replace them. Thanks everyone for the help.

After 6 months I sold 17-inch OEM wheels. $99/4.

What other "sports" cars will our wheels fit? GO to one of their forums and sell them there.
