Default Wheel opinions

Going to put some wheels on the DD soon.... Not looking for a forged wheel as I drive to work and back and thats about it with this car.

Axis shine 19's or Forgestar F05 19's ?

Wish I could upload a picture of my car but its Lemans / tails are tinted / 20% tint front 5% back.

Any suggestions or opinions?

the offsets dont go very low in either of those wheel choices but spacers can solve that to bring the wheels out. if you look into the forgestar wheels...hit up intensepower. they are a dealer for those wheels...

before deciding look at the various wheel threads that show a plethora of wheel choices available for the 350z

I would personally use spacers on stockers before I spend money on Axis and Forgestar. Then again, it's your car so do as you please.

Was hoping to get the wheels for ~1400-1600 or less. Both of those options are around 1200-1300.

Sure volks are nice, if this wasn't my DD I would probably save up more for them or another 3 piece wheel. I've never had a bent wheel or anything when going with a cast wheel but the roads here are decent and I don't drive too crazy.

Either way the wheels will be lighter than my stockers since I have the heaviest stockers I think. (first gen touring)

I really like the mesh design but I can't find a cast one I like or the simple 5 spoke. (like the Axis/forgestar) I even thought about somehow powdercoating the darker grey part in the Axis shines to the Lemans orange of my car for something different.

Oh and I have been looking at wheels since I got the car in July last year... So these arn't the first two wheels I looked at.

And yes the offsets don't really go that low in either choice but like he said spacers would help that. The Axis's come in 25/20 I think so thats not bad. The forgestars I think the lowest was 24 -28.

Thanks for the help!

This is the hardest decision with owning a 350z I have found. It was so easy choosing wheels for my WRX back in the day but now I find myself torn on what will go one the Z as I still have yet to find something I like.

If those aren't your cup of tea hit up Charles at B2autodesigns (vendor here). He's got a lot of good choices (even in mesh) that fits your budget. However, make sure you consult us before making your decision. Good luck.
