Default spacer help

Hi foks, I just install my new TE37SL, but I need help with my offset, I install with my stock coilover right now, and I can see very clear that the rear is more aggressive than the front, my rim is 19*9.5(+22) &19*10.5 (+12), and I will install the new coilover soon, so if I want blance the look should I get a 15mm spacer or 10mm one, and I am thinking to get kics one, does it work? is bolt on or I need extra stuff for the kics?

thx
