Default Time Attack Stripe

I've tried to Google it and use the search function but since I don't know the name of it its hard to search. What is that colored ring called that people put between their tires and rims? Where could I buy that?

This is what I mean:

Thanks

They're usually painted like that from the manufacture, or you could use vinyl.

Easy,do a search under,WHEEL TRIM DECALS.
Most of these are made primarily for bikes.
They come in four sections, all colors/graphics.

This is a novice question but could be an interesting and cheap mod. The ring is painted on the edge of the wheel.

But maybe some inventor could make a snap-on plastic ring in various colors for wheels. In fact if I can think of it - it has probably already been done.

I had my wheels edges powdercoated by the vendor I ordered my wheels through. Its not really a pinstripe, just a little more bold.

wheel vinyl would probably be the cheapest route.

I assume this is a roll of vinyl that you cut and snap-on? Not a closed ring?

I saw a car recently that using red electrical tape to achieve this look. It looked decent from 10 ft away. That's the cheapest route. It was a Kia with 17s, though...

do not think you have to cut it yourself.
I believe its precut half circle or 1/4 circle strips that the buyer would stick on.
not a closed ring.

Time attack rings or pinstripe is what you're looking at.

Pretty easy mod to do with vinyl strips. Painted ones look nicer though.

It comes installed on the Volk TE37 Time Attack wheel. This is the best non rice version to get it on your car.
